Step 1: Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Boil heavy cream and salt in a pan.

Step 3: Pour heavy cream over a bowl of cut up chocolate.

Step 4: Whisk mixture and refrigerate. 

Step 5: Scoop the chocolate into balls and place on baking tray.

Step 6: Refrigerate again, roll into balls, and add toppings!
