Martha Stewart’s 20-Minute Shrimp Stir-fry Will Save Weeknight Dinner

Step 1: Season pre-peeled shrimp with salt and pepper

Step 2: Heat up a large skillet with oil. Add shrimp and cook. 

Step 3: Transfer shrimp to plate

Step 4: Add bell pepper, garlic, ginger, pre-peeled pineapple, and scallions

Step 5: Stir apricot jam and white vinegar into skillet until syrupy

 Step 6: Return shrimp to pan and toss until coated and heated through

Step 7: Serve over rice, sprinkled with more vinegar and pepper.

Dinner is served after just 20 minutes!
