Martha Stewart’s Apple-Pecan Pull-Apart Rolls Are The Ultimate Thanksgiving Breakfast

Step 1: Boil a potato and pass it through a ricer or mash it.

Step 2: Mix a cup of warm milk, yeast, mashed potato, egg, melted butter, sugar, bread flour, and salt.

Step 3: Butter your bowl.

Step 4: Flour your table and shape dough into a ball.

Step 5: Add dough into your buttered bowl to rise.

Step 6: For your filling, mix butter and apple butter together.

Step 7: In another bowl mix brown sugar, toasted pecans, raisins, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 8: Roll the risen dough into a rectangle on flour surface.

Step 9: Spread butter filling and sprinkle pecan mix onto the dough.

Step 10: Roll the dough into a long roll. Refrigerate before slicing into buns.

Step 11: Put them back in the fridge before throwing them in the oven.

Step 12: Pour heated glaze (butter, apple butter, brown sugar, and water mix).
