Step 1: Whisk together breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and water.

Step 2: Combine broth, thyme, garlic, salt and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Remove thyme and garlic.

Step 4: Add Parmigiano-Reggiano to broth and stir liquid.

Step 5: Pour in egg mixture. Let it sit for 30 seconds before stirring.

Step 6: Serve with basil on top!
