Giada De Laurentiis' Pistachio Pesto Meatball Recipe

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2: Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, oregano, lemon zest, salt and egg in a bowl.

Step 3: Add pork and mortadella into the mixture.

Step 4: Drizzle oil on a baking sheet.

Step 5: Roll the mixture into golf balls and place on sheet. Drizzle more oil on top.

Step 6: Pulse pistachios, salt, basil, and parsley.

Step 7: Add olive oil, water, and cheese for a creamy texture.

Step 8: Top arugula with meatballs and pesto.
