Chrissy Teigen's Roasted Squash Pizza Is a Grown-Up Take On Our Favorite 'Za

From a side dish to soup, this vegetable is filling and oh-so-adaptable. And if Chrissy Teigen is obsessed with them — then so are we.

Step 1: Roast the garlic in a saucepan with oil.

Step 2: Strain the garlic from the oil and reserve for pizza topping.

Step 3: Sprinkle yeast and sugar in bowl of water. Let it foam up.

Step 4: Add more sugar, flour, olive oil, and salt. Stir ingredients and knead formed dough on a floured counter.

Step 5: While dough is rising, roast the squash.

Step 6: Stretch the dough and add the ricotta, roasted squash, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, garlic cloves, sage, and chiles

Step 6: Cook pizza for 13-14 minutes and enjoy!
