Stocking stuffers can be tricky. Some people stuff their loved ones’ stockings with items that cost well over $100, but personally, I’ve always held the belief that stockings stuffers should serve as “appetizer presents” (I just made this phrase up — it’s not a real thing). Growing up, my stocking was always filled with smaller gifts and candy. The big-ticket items were wrapped up and placed under the tree, so the stockings were a great way to kick off a morning of present-opening.
If you’re like me and prefer to keep stocking stuffers on the more cost-friendly side, then let me introduce you to my favorite beauty product in the whole entire world: sheet masks. You’ve probably seen a selfie from someone wearing one on social media or tried a few yourself, but let me tell you. These little masks have become a way of life. I’ve become such a huge fan of masking, I have no shame wearing a mask on airplanes, while I’m outside doing some gardening or even for quick trips through the Starbucks drive-thru.
So it really shouldn’t come as a surprise that I firmly believe face masks are the perfect stocking stuffer. They’re super-affordable, and I haven’t met a person yet who hasn’t loved using them. Because they’re so universal, they also make great gifts for coworkers, friends, neighbors… basically, anyone with a face is likely to enjoy them.
Because I have tried more face masks than I care to disclose, I have compiled a list of my favorites to save you some precious holiday-shopping time. Check out my picks and stock up now, because these babies sell out fast.
