While cleansing oils and balms comfortably pull dirt and makeup off the skin, micellar water is full of—you guessed it—micelles suspended in water that attach to gunk on your face and pull it out, all while leaving your face hydrated, not tight. A cleansing milk—especially one with moisturizing oils at the top of its ingredient list—is always a good bet, too.
