Two Gosselin kids expelled: A cry for attention?
Collin and Alexis Gosselin -- two of Jon and Kate Gosselin's sextuplets -- were expelled from the private school for bullying other classmates. Is this a cry out for attention?
Collin and Alexis Gosselin, two of the famous sextuplets featured on the TLC show Jon and Kate Plus 8, were expelled from their private Pennslyvania elementary school for allegedly bullying other classmates.
Their behavior -- which one Gosselin insider calls "grossly overstated" -- is a concern, especially since they're only six.
"They've fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids," an inside course told InTouch.
Cry for attention?
It's no secret that all eight of the Gosselin kids have had lived the majority of their small lives on camera. Match that with their parent's nasty divorce, the subsequent fighting in the press and various fame-seeking appearances on television (remember Kate on Dancing with the Stars?) and you have a recipe for disaster.
Let's not forget that the Gosselin's eight children are the reason for the attention anyway -- because it seems like Kate and Jon have. Now, the children are crying out for parental attention and they're doing it in the only way they know how -- by acting out, unfortunately at their peers.
There might be a silver lining in this situation -- Kate and Jon may finally recognize that their children are hurting and get them the help they need. After all, they're only six and have plenty of time to grow up and out of this bullying phase. It'll take some close parenting -- but here's hoping they recognize the problem and take the steps to correct it now, before they turn into bigger bullies.
