Welp, the royal baby watch took a turn for the bizarre when Twitter decided it had already seen the Jenny Packham dress Kate Middleton, aka the Duchess of Cambridge, wore to introduce Prince Louis to the crowds waiting outside the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. Where, you ask? You know, in one of the most epic horror films of all time.
Twitterites have pointed out that the dress — a sweet red print with a white lacework Peter Pan collar — is frighteningly similar to Mia Farrow’s ensemble in Rosemary’s Baby. Not familiar with that film? Oh, it’s just a sweet little movie about a woman who gives birth to Satan’s child. Hey, it happens.
We’ve compared the dresses, and… yeah, Twitter’s not wrong. However, we’re pretty sure it’s just a coincidence and Prince Louis is Prince William’s child, not the devil’s.

Still, the comments are pretty hilarious. We just can’t keep a stiff upper lip this time. Sorry, Kate. You know we love you.

Conspiracy theories abound.
Interesting choice of dress for Kate.
Remember Rosemary's Baby?

We are also not big “Opinion Havers” on Kate (except that we passionately adore her in a completely non-fangirl way), but how amazing would this be? Nobody tell the queen.
I am not an Opinion Haver on the subject of Kate Middleton but I fervently hope the Rosemary’s Baby frock was on purpose, and if it was she is AWESOME.

Maybe Kate is on the outs with her stylist? “Ma’am, I really think the red is the best choice for such a special day.”
“Oh, fine, Guinevere, fine.”
The only thing I will say about #RoyalBaby is they put Kate Middleton in the Rosemary’s Baby dress and that is magic pic.twitter.com/q4TZJg1Oo0

Maybe she was aiming for a Princess Di post-Harry look and missed the mark?

Whatever the case, Twitter, you’re drunk. But maybe don’t go home quite yet. This is too entertaining.
