Moms sound off on the reality of getting paid less than men (VIDEO)

Wage inequality is a hot topic in our society, and after reading about how prevalent it still is in Lisa Stone's article, Why you should care about this week's town hall meeting with the president, we're sharing personal stories about how we have (or have not) been affected by unfair pay and wage discrimination.

One thing I noticed from my own experience is that, being self employed, I'm naively unaware of the wage gap. I have the luxury of setting my own rates based on the perception of my worth. Watch the video and find out if more women share my perception or if they've been in the thick of wage inequality.
