Give your mash a makeover by turning it into a baseball. You’ll need an ice cream scoop, mashed potato that isn’t too sloppy and a red capsicum shaped to make the stitching.

- A dozen pre-made cupcakes
- Shredded coconut
- Green food colouring
- Zip lock bags
- Icing in different flavours — orange, chocolate, vanilla, raspberry and lemon
