- Cupcake liners
- Green pipe cleaners
Take a green pipe cleaner and create a small loop at one end.
Grab a cupcake liner and pinch it in the center to gather it.
Use the pipe cleaner to poke a hole in the center of the cupcake liner, then slide it up the pipe cleaner until it reaches the loop. Pinch the liner around the pipe cleaner, and use a small dab of glue to keep it in place.
Repeat the previous step 2 times to add 2 more cupcake liners to the flower.
Make as many flowers as you would like for your bouquet, then gather them together. Use another pipe cleaner to hold the stems together, and bend the ends of the pipe cleaner into the shape of leaves. Trim away any excess pipe cleaner if necessary.
