Bug hunt crafts for kids: Paper tube binoculars
Send the kids to the backyard for a fun summer bug hunt, and help them spot those creepy crawlies with a pair of homemade binoculars!
What you'll need:
- two toilet paper tubes
- paint brush
- craft glue
- bug stickers
What you'll do:
- Paint the inside and the outside of the two paper tubes.
- Once the paint is dry, glue the two paper tubes together side by side.
- Cut a piece of string that is 18 inches long, glue one end of the string to the outer edge of each paper tube.
- Decorate the binoculars with the stickers.
