Survey reveals wedding trends for 2016 are all about the quirk
Think you're being adventurous with your red velvet wedding cake? You're going to have to try a bit harder than that if you want to impress your guests. How about a pork pie or "naked" wedding cake?
These are just two of the trends spotted by wedding venue Heaton House Farm, who carried out a survey of 1,000 couples due to marry in 2016.

To gracing the top of the cake.
If wedding guests aren't full from all the pork pie, they might be tucking into fish and chips from a van instead of a traditional sit down meal.
Possibly followed by a 99.
Photo booths at weddings aren't anything new but more and more couples are choosing alternative forms of wedding photography — one in three of them say they'll use GoPro to capture their special day.
Who needs a professional photographer when you have a selfie stick, eh?
