- Soft-edged rocks
- Chalkboard spray paint
Place the rocks on cardboard
Place the rocks on cardboard, paper or wood, about an inch apart from each other.
Paint on both sides
Using your chalkboard spray paint, paint the rocks on each side.
Let the first side dry for at least four to eight hours before you paint the second side. Then let the rocks dry 24 hours or until completely set.
Add chalk and play!
Add chalk and play your favorite game!
To play dominos, draw numbers on each rock leading up to 12. To play a true game of dominos, you'll need 28 rocks.
To play scrabble, you will need about 100 rocks. Simply write letters on each rock and add small points under each one. You can also leave the points off the rocks (depending on their size) and keep that on a legend on the side.
