The look: Celebrity manicurist Lisa Logan and her team prettied up the nails backstage.

The line: The luxury brand known for their signature use of sequins, feathers and prints debuted their spring/summer 2013 line.

The lacquers: Logan created a simple, colorful manicure to complement the beaded and intricate designs in the brand’s collection. Two coats of JulieG in Cabana Boy created a natural nail. “The pieces themselves contain such intricate patterns, so I wanted to keep the nails as simple as possible as to not compete with the clothing,” Logan said. “I love this blue shade that Julie created and felt that it would complement the colors of the collection beautifully.”

Fun fact

YouTube beauty guru Julie Gutierrez created the JulieG Nail Polish Collection (out this December) and was backstage to give her input on all the manicures heading down the runway! “I designed the color for Cabana Boy with spring and summer in mind. This whole collection was based on futuristic looks, so I love combining that with the idea of looking ahead to next season and breaking out this shade of blue for your manicure and pedicure!” Gutierrez said.
