Bonus tips on how to get and stay motivated

  1. Find a great audio book for your iPod and promise yourself you will only listen to it during your gym time. This gets you up and eager to hit the gym to find out what’s going on in the next chapter!
  2. Find a workout buddy, preferably someone more motivated than yourself. Tell them which buttons to push and give them permission to push when necessary. Any motivation is still motivation!
