Rent the Runway will give the first 100 customers who place orders a free set of Chamak Bangles valued at $42. These colorful, crystal and resin bangles can be mixed and matched to complement any holiday party dress. Plus, they’re free — making the all the more gorgeous!
What is Rent the Runway?
Rent the Runway is a new concept in haute couture. Women who love fashion – but don’t have the funds to afford it — can rent designer duds on Rent the Runway and return it after they’re done. The prices run anywhere from $50 to $200 for a four-day rental — meaning you can get that hot cocktail dress in time for your holiday party and return it the next day with no pricetag guilt.
How does it work?
It’s really simple — think Netflix for high fashion. You simply register for a free account, fill out the date of your event, your size and zip code to get started. Next, filter through the available dress styles and fits for the perfect one for you. Once you find one, open the calendar and reserve your dress. Rent the Runway recommends that you ask for your dress to arrive at least two days before your soiree, just in case.
Worried about sizing issues? No problem — Rent the Runway offers you an extra size at no additional cost. So, you can reserve a six and an eight just in case. Also — an additional dress style can be added for $25. Problem solved!
When you’re done? Simply put the garment in the pre-paid envelope and drop it in the mail.
We’re definitely trying this our for our next big party. We might even try it during Cyber Monday to see if we can get our hands on those Chamak Bangles — they’re way too pretty to pass up!
