Talk about revolutionizing technology, the iPad has made everyone rethink the meaning of laptop. An all-in-one computer, the iPad is similar to the iPhone in look and feel, but acts just like a normal computer would and comes complete with Microsoft Office compatibility and attachments – like a keyboard – to increase functionality. It has rapidly become the audio and visual tool for all content that is web related. Case in point, when the iPad was launched in April, Apple sold over three million devices in less than three months. For some, the multi-touch display screen may be hard to get used to but, over time, flipping through stored media will come more easily.
