Originally launched in 2007, Amazon’s Kindle has revolutionized the way we read books. The latest incarnation of the device, which will be available at the end of August, will surely solidify Kindle’s hold on the e-reader market. How? To start, the new Kindle comes with an electronic-ink screen that has 50 percent better contrast than any other e-reader on the market (meaning it will be easier to read). On top of that, its sleek new design makes it 21 percent smaller than older models.
