Gisele Bündchen & Tom Brady’s $40 Million Mansion Is for Sale & It Has Its Own Yoga Studio

Tucked away in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts — just about eight miles southwest of Boston — is a nearly 10,000-square-foot home that seamlessly combines Old World charm and modern design that even Fixer Upper star Joanne Gaines would approve of. Sitting on more than five acres of lush landscaping, this private home just happens to be Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady’s stunning, over-the-top estate — and it just so happens to be on sale.

Built in 2015, this sprawling five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion was recently listed by the power couple for a cool $40 million. Not only does the property boast a grand stairwell leading up to all bedrooms, but downstairs, future owners can also lavish in plenty of celebrity-status amenities, like a wine room, a private gym and spa, and an outdoor organic herb and vegetable garden.

Even the three-car garage and carport are over-the-top with stone detailing. Plus, the driveway can hold up to 20 vehicles — 20!

Behind the home, which is listed by Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, is where the real magic happens: On the property also sits a 2,400-square-foot, barn-inspired guest house that has a yoga studio, a full bath, a sleeping loft and walls that completely open up to the outdoors. It doesn’t get more zen than that.

This listing may not be to Patriots fans’ liking, though. According to CNN, selling this home may signal the six-time Super Bowl champion’s retirement from football. But if the star quarterback does leave New England, the couple won’t be too far from their old stomping grounds. New York Post reported that he and Bündchen spent some time house-hunting in New York suburbs and scouting city schools. And with a $25 million apartment in the city already in the couple’s names, it wouldn’t be too far-fetched for them to make the move farther north.

Only time will tell what the couple decides, but in the meantime, we’ll be imagining ourselves lounging by that fireplace in the guest home and breathing in that fresh, northeast suburban air. Smells like luxury.
