Have you ever seen a baby wallaby having lunch? Chances are you probably haven’t, but it’s the cutest thing you’re going to see all day, guaranteed.

Meet Scotty the baby tammar wallaby, a small macropod native to South and Western Australia, who was orphaned after his mum was sadly run over. He lives at Kangaroo Island, and his dedicated handlers have helped rear him, which includes feeding duties done through a syringe — and this little critter really loves his milk.
While this video is amazing, it’s not the only one. Scotty’s dedicated foster parents clearly realised it would be selfish to not share his cuteness with the world, and there is an entire Facebook page dedicated to him.

With almost 30,000 fans on Facebook, it’s clear Scotty has a lot of people looking out for him, and his social media is teeming with adorable videos and photos.

There are also updates to show how Scotty has grown since he was a teeny-tiny baby wallaby just drinking his milk. According to his Facebook page, tammar wallabies can live approximately 11 years for males and 14 years for females.
And in January, he was already becoming more independent and living outdoors.
Scotty has really grown — according to Rootourism, male tammar wallabies average 7.5 kilograms and can weigh up to 10 kilograms, while females are smaller and average 5.5 kilograms and can reach 6 kilograms — and he is now big enough to return to the wild. But he’s still pleased to see the people who loved and raised him.
