It’s great to take care of ourselves, work out, eat great food, but would you be willing to go to the same lengths as Victoria Beckham to stay fit and healthy? Here’s what the former Spice Girl and 40-year-old mother of four does to stay young, fit and healthy.

1. Oxygen facials

According to the Daily Mail, Victoria Beckham uses the same dermatologist as Kim Kardashian and frequently visits for oxygen facials, which boost blood flow to the skin cells.

2. Daily exercise

According to a recent interview with Allure magazine, the former singer wakes up each morning at 6 a.m. to go for a run. “I eat salad. And I start off every day with a double espresso. Then I get on the running machine and I run like a bat out of hell,” she said.

3. Vitamins and minerals

In an interview with Vogue, Beckham says she takes more than 60 supplements a day to stay energised and focused. “22 acids, 12 vitamins, 28 minerals,” she told the magazine. “And please don’t write that I’m completely mad! I need a lot of energy to be buzzing about!”

4. Eat healthily

“For lunch, I’ll have a working lunch with my team in the studio, and we’ll typically get sushi, something quite healthy,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I do like green juices and things like that, so if they’re there, I’ll have them. But generally speaking, I drink lots of sparkling water, lots of peppermint tea.”

What do you think? How does Victoria Beckham’s beauty regimen sound to you? Too hard or bang on?
