Beach body move: Back lunge



  1. Hold a set of dumbbells by your side. Take a big step back with your right foot. Make sure both feet point straight ahead and you are on the ball of your left foot.
  2. t

  3. Deeply bend both knees toward the ground. Engage glutes to press back up to starting position. Keep core engaged and shoulders back.
  4. t

  5. Perform 10 reps on each side.

Flat belly snack: Sprouted bread with hummus

t Bread made from sprouted grains is high in fiber, does not spike your blood sugar and contains protein and healthy fat. There are gluten-free varieties that have a great taste. Look for it in the refrigerated section.

t Toast it up and add some hummus for a perfect snack.
