These outrageously chic fashion nails were inspired by the huge sequins and patched fur coats seen at Rachel Zoe’s fall 2013 show.
Chunky glitter and furry fashion nails inspired by Rachel Zoe
Supplies:
- Tweezers
- Orly’s White Tip
- Julep’s Meryl
- Coarse white glitter
- Black and gray flocking powder
Instructions:
Get furry
Working with one nail at a time, give a generous gray base coat. Working while the polish is still wet, use the tweezers to pick up a small bit of flocking powder and place onto the nail. Do this in a few places with the gray powder and then fill in the rest of the nail with black. Press the flocking powder into the nail and blow away the excess. Repeat on a few other nails in patterns that you like.
Glam glitter
On the other nails you didn’t cover with fur, you’ll add some glitter. Coat the nail with white polish and dip into the glitter. When it’s dry, brush away the excess.
