Halloween is my favorite holiday. I love the tricks, treats, decor, parties and — of course — the elaborate costumes. Getting dressed up is half the fun. And while the sun may still be high in the sky and, in most parts of the country, still very, very warm, in my opinion, it is never too early to start planning for Halloween. And thank goodness several retailers agree.
That's right, on July 27, Target — everyone's favorite one-stop shop — began stocking some spooky decorations. On Aug. 3, Spirit Halloween released several new Hocus Pocus-inspired pieces. (Yes, Hocus Pocus.) And on Aug. 14, Home Depot released some amazing items for your front lawn.
But there's more good news for Halloween lovers: Crate & Barrel has released a new goth-inspired line and the Disney Store has special, Nightmare Before Christmas and Haunted Mansion-themed goodies.
So, if you like ghosts, ghouls, goblins and gourds, be sure to check out all these collections. They are classic, creepy, macabre and boo-tiful.
