Etsy is an online marketplace where hundreds of thousands of creative people from more than 150 countries sell their handmade crafty goodness. Each week, we're featuring a handful of our favorite items in our Etsy Roundup. On the menu this week: Quilts. Contrary to what you might think, quilts aren't just for your grandma. There are many beautiful quilts on Etsy, and we have a few for your viewing pleasure!

2Cathedral windows quilt

Timber quilt

This Timber quilt by Etsy seller Hazelnut Designs (visit her blog) is a "lap quilt" - the perfect size to keep you warm while you're lounging on your couch. It's made from Jessica Levitt fabric with a bit of newspaper fabric for fun. We love the pink color and great design!

Cathedral windows quilt

Etsy seller Sarah's Quilts 'n Crafts (find her on Twitter and Facebook) created the beautiful cathedral windows quilt. It is mainly hand-stitched from all-cotton fabrics. The seller notes that the colors bring the gift of vibrance and good cheer -- and we agree. You can also hang this quilt on the wall.

4Moda Gypsy
Rose Quilt

Hummingbird silhouette quilt

The Hummingbird Silhouette quilt by Etsy seller Lilikins Baby Blankets and Quilts (find her on Facebook) is for mamas who want to decorate their baby's nursery in style. This handmade quilt made of fabric from the Flora and Fauna Collection by Michael Miller is for your little one's crib. Beautiful!

Moda Gypsy Rose Quilt

Etsy seller Originals by Lauren (find her on Twitter and Facebook) created the Moda Gypsy Rose quilt. Featuring muted corals, browns, pinks, lavender and creams, the quilt has a shabby-chic look. The Etsy seller used a log cabin design for this twin-size quilt that will add a homemade touch to your room.
