Faith Hill and Tim McGraw relist their gorgeous Tennessee farmhouse
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are selling their remaining Nashville property. The queen and king of country music recently sold off their Nashville estate for the large sum of $20 million. And now the couple has decided to relist the remaining property as two separate parcels for a total of $18.5 million.
The least expensive parcel, an antebellum-style referred to as Beachwood Hall, is listed at $8.5 million. The home, which was built four years prior to the Civil War, is priced lower due to renovation needs. But the three-bedroom, three-bathroom house is still a wonderful slice of country anyone would love.
The second house, known as the Samuel Morton house, lies on 3,063 acres of land and includes a barn and guesthouse. It was built in the 1800s and is listed at $10 million. It has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, hardwood flooring, brick fireplaces and a farmhouse kitchen any country lover would envy.
