Make this fragrant and classic holiday garland out of the season's orange abundance.

This garland couldn't be simpler to put together and, assuming you've got a few extra oranges and ribbon around the house, is a holiday decoration you can make for next to nothing.


  • Oranges
  • Oven rack
  • Ribbon
  • Needle


  1. Slice oranges.
  2. Place slices on cool oven rack.
  3. Set oven to 250 degrees F.
  4. Dehydrate for 2 to 5 hours.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Thread and tie ribbon.
