DIY Hanukkah garland to dress up your holiday (VIDEO)

This simple and chic DIY Hanukkah garland can be put together in a snap and combines two traditional Hanukkah favorites — dreidels and chocolate coins.

The best part about this easy Hanukkah craft is that you likely already have most of the supplies around the house. Just trace out your dreidel, cut, punch, fold and repeat for a three-dimensional garland special enough for your family Hanukkah celebrations.

Supplies: 

  • Hole punch
  • Dreidel pattern
  • Chocolate coins
  • Adhesive dots
  • Ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Elastic band

Directions: 

  1. Cut out the dreidel.
  2. Draw the dreidel on paper.
  3. Punch holes.
  4. Thread the ribbon.
  5. Assemble the dreidel.
  6. Apply tape.
  7. Add the dreidel to the string.
  8. Glue on the gold coin.
