Pumpkin Smoothies

Try this yummy smoothie for an after-Halloween treat!

Pumpking smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup whole milk or vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons brown sugar
4 ice cubes
4 tablespoons whipped cream (optional)
1 teaspoon orange sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except whipped cream and orange sprinkles in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into two glasses. Serve with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1/2 teaspoon orange sprinkles as garnish if you like..
