Rolling stations at the cocktail hour have become popular. The chefs roll various food stations around the room during your wedding’s cocktail hour. This is an innovative, interactive alternative to the same old stationary antipasti table. Rolling slider bars, upscale carving stations and such are all a part of the craze.
