Over the past few months, we've been busy testing dozens of new online tools to help you with your healthy living resolutions. Here are the latest and greatest websites with health and fitness tools to help you make, reach and keep your New Year's resolutions.

Fitness Couple mobile application
This leading how-to site recently launched its first ever application for Motorola's Android. The application makes it even easier to search their database of over one million how-to stories, including tips on how to do a push-up, sit-up or lunges.

Live Happy
This iPhone app is one of our favorites. It's the first complete mobile program devoted to making you happier. It's based on the book The How of Happiness by Sonja Lyubomirsky. From setting goals to expressing gratitude, it puts tracking – and increasing – your happiness in the palm of your hand.

eMuse Health & Wellness Coaching
This 30-day online program offers all sorts of tips, tricks and guidance to help individuals achieve a healthy and balanced life. The best part? The program coaches you through 12 aspects of self-care, including spirituality, nutrition, exercise, finances, self-esteem, relationships and stress.

Thrive in 30
Another 30-day program, Thrive in 30 is designed for aspiring athletes. Created by professional triathlete and bestselling nutrition author Brendan Brazier, the program will (tried and tested!) increase your food know-how and will optimize your physical and mental performance.

Cook Medical Women's health
One of the companies developing products to improve the lives of women, Cook Medical has a stellar website devoted to women's health issues. The health-centric site has many helpful features including condition-overview documents you can print out and take to your doctor's office.

Visual weight loss and
These are two of the most interesting and fun websites online today, especially for people looking to lose weight. All you have to do is upload a full-body image of yourself and these programs will create a virtual model of what you'd look like at your target weight. They're a great motivational tool!

This website from the Obesity Action Coalition is packed with information to get you back on a healthy living track. Their e-toolkit is one of the most helpful we've ever used, offering everything from a food log to tips on discussing certain medical issues with your doctor.

MyPlate D keeps impressing us with their online health tools. Their new web-based application MyPlate D is made exclusively for diabetics who are concerned about their health. It tracks carbohydrate, protein and sodium intake, all while monitoring insulin and glucose levels.
