Yeah, yeah, we've been hammered with how much delivering an infant hurts, but you rarely hear anyone blabber on about all the intimate details of what goes down after. Breastfeeding, for instance, is something a lot of women opt to do; however, it's not really common knowledge that it's normal to wake up in the middle of the night covered in breast milk — and you probably didn't know that 44 percent of women have challenges breastfeeding according to a survey done by SheKnows.

And what about our vaginas? According to our research, 1 out of 5 women experience vaginal dryness — which only makes the act of intercourse after pregnancy that much harder.
