As October comes and goes we all think about breast cancer because everything on our shopping list is suddenly packaged in pink. But have you ever actually taken a moment to think about what it all means? What it's like to be diagnosed with breast cancer? You, actually hearing those words from your doctor's mouth?

Now, think about what it would be like to tell one person you love the most in the world, to have that conversation and try to be the strong one. A new campaign for breast cancer awareness is launching a documentary-style video series that brings these conversations to the forefront.

My aunt and my stepmom both faced breast cancer scares in recent years; the diagnoses were hopeful and the treatment was successful. I know for many women, their stories turn out much differently and their families much less fortunate.

So, Estée Lauder Companies is rolling out this Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign featuring videos that capture powerful conversations between women fighting cancer. They are candid. They are raw, and so real.

Without further ado, grab a tissue and prepare to meet Ginny and Noelle. Ginny is Noelle's mother and a breast cancer survivor, watching Noelle battle the disease herself.
