jillian michaels workout dvdFor tough love and solid results

If you want someone to shower you with compliments and encouragement, this isn’t the DVD for you. But if you want a coach who will push you hard and get you results, then Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred is the way to go. It provides you with three different, high-intensity, 20-minute workouts so you can get better results in a shorter amount of time. They’re at different levels, so you can work your way through them over the 30 days. Jillian uses a circuit format, where you do three minutes of strength, followed by two minutes of cardio and then one minute of ab work. Jillian invents many of her own moves and uses unique combinations of common moves so your body will be challenged in new ways. And that makes big results more likely.

Some of the moves might be a little complex to follow at first, but that makes sticking with it even more satisfying. Because the more you do it, the more confident you’ll feel with the skills you’re developing. Plus, you’ll be hard pressed to find the intricate stretches and balance exercises the DVD incorporates anywhere else.
