Stay alert by staying active. Hit the gym or take a walk, anything to get your body moving. Moderate exercise a few times a week is a great way to fight fatigue, and is also a good stress reliever. Another added bonus: maintaining a healthy weight during the upcoming holidays.

Load up on protein

Be sure to keep protein consistent in your diet. Avoid sugars and opt for protein [such as fish] and complex carbohydrates [such as whole grains] in order to keep your energy levels up.
