Day 10: Six-week beach body challenge

Each day for the next six weeks, you can expect:

1. Beach body move: Step-ups

  1. Hold a set of dumbbells by your sides. Draw shoulder blades together and lift your chest. Place your right foot onto a bench. Drive though the ball of your foot to come up to standing on top of the bench.
  2. With control, lower your left foot back to the ground while keeping right foot planted firmly on the bench. Make sure to keep core engaged and never round the back.
  3. Perform 10 reps each side.

2. Flat belly snack: Quinoa

This grain is a complete protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. Quinoa is high in iron and riboflavin (B2), which both aid in metabolism and proper energy production. The flavor is very mild. Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt or add salsa for a little kick.

3. Sexy summer destination: Brazil
