1. Beach body move: Plank with leg raise

  1. Come into a straight-arm plank with wrists directly below shoulders and core drawn in tight. Engage glutes to lift right leg up to hip height. Drop foot back down to the ground and lift left leg up to hip height.
  2. Continue alternating the leg lifts. Maintain a neutral spine the entire time.
  3. Perform 10 reps each side.
