1. Beach body move: Oblique twists



  1. Come into a seated position holding a 6-pound medicine ball at your chest. Extend arms out to straight and lean back until you feel your core engage.
  2. t

  3. Extend legs up to straight and balance. If this is too much, you can always keep your feet on the ground.
  4. t

  5. Bring arms to your right side, twisting from your waist. Come back to center and draw your arms to the left. Repeat the movement 8 times each side.

2. Flat belly snack: Grapefruit

t Grapefruits are high in water, low in sugar and high in the enzymes that help the body burn fat. These fruits are loaded with fiber, which will keep you satisfied. Grapefruits also have major beauty-boosting antioxidant compounds such as narigenin, which helps repair damaged cells.
