5. Frosted Flakes breaded chicken recipe

Frosted Flakes breaded chicken

Serves 2


  • 2 cups Frosted Flakes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk


  1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor, blend the cereal into crumbs.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk until well mixed. Set aside.
  4. In another medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder and black pepper until well mixed. Set aside.
  5. Place the cereal crumbs from the food processor into a medium mixing bowl or shallow pie plate, and set aside.
  6. Dip the chicken breasts into the flour mixture until coated, dip the flour-coated chicken breasts into the egg mixture, and finally, dip the flour- and egg-coated chicken breasts into the cereal crumbs.
  7. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
