10 Low-Calorie Starbucks Drinks Perfect for Summer Sipping

Starbucks is notorious for serving up calorie bombs, but these lower-cal drinks will keep things light this summer.

This new iced drink is a less-sweet take on the beloved Classic Chai Tea Latte. It's black tea infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices and mixed with milk, sweetened with liquid cane sugar and served over ice. Yum.

It clocks in at 190 calories and 2.5 grams of fat in a grande with almond milk, but watch out for sugar because there's still 30 grams.
