"The way I like to eat asparagus is a little different, but it's easy and good for people who don't want to deal with being too OCD or Giada de Laurentiis in the kitchen. My personal way to make asparagus fries is below, but a similar recipe can be found at Damn Delicious. Enjoy!" — Yvonna Groom, social media manager

"I'll mix chopped red onions, asparagus and a little bit of spinach in with one whole egg and two egg whites for a protein and veggie-packed breakfast.

"The recipe's similar to this yummy one on What Should I Eat For Breakfast Today. And then I have coffee on the side, because obviously." — Lauren Joskowitz, entertainment editor

"This chili-lime roasted asparagus recipe by With Food + Love is so good, it’s basically the only way I ever prepare the bundle I pick up at our local farmers market every week. The chili powder gives it a subtle kick that’s only enhanced by the bright, zesty fresh lime juice, and it takes mere minutes to throw together.

"I normally serve it alongside salmon, but it goes just as well with steak or chicken cutlets. To put it mildly, my husband and I can’t get enough."  — Cristina Velocci, director, editorial operations

"To be completely honest, I'm not the biggest fan of asparagus. It’s the one and only vegetable I just can’t seem to get behind.

"But when you put it in a puff pastry and cover it with cheese, like in this buttery, crumbly recipe by The Life Jolie? Total perfection." — Kenzie Mastroe, branded content editor

5 /6: Bacon-wrapped asparagus

"Not gonna lie. I rarely cook with asparagus. The one time I did, it was for a party, and it involved bacon. Needless to say, it was awesome. The recipe I used came from Wholesome Yum, and it was perfect.

"Now, I know what you’re thinking. Bacon? Really? I’m on a diet, girl. But wait; it’s not all that bad for you. This combo is low-carb. It's even appropriate for your Whole 30 diet! At least, this was enough to make me feel better about making and eating it." — Kristine Cannon, entertainment editor
