National Ice Cream Day is July 16, which is coming up fast and has us dreaming of scoops upon scoops of dreamy ice cream (more than usual, that is).
Summer is the perfect time to indulge in the frosty treat — and since we have ice cream on the brain, we dug up some of the best ice cream shops around the United States. Look these guys up when you head out on vacation.
