At Gracias Madre, a vegan Mexican restaurant in West Hollywood, bartenders are serving up cannabis cocktails. From the Stoney Negroni to the Rolled Fashioned, these high-end drinks are a far cry from the sneaky stairwell joint you “didn’t inhale” in college.
The secret to these cannabis cocktails? CBD, or cannabidiol. Unlike THC, this substance is completely legal and is purported to have several health benefits. Best of all, it doesn’t leave you with the side effects of traditional marijuana products, like paranoia. You’re left with a mellow buzz and sense of well-being instead.
