I don’t know if the brand-new 365 by Whole Foods Market puts something in its coffee, but I’ve never been this jazzed about a grocery store. Actually, I’m rarely excited about anything that takes hundreds of dollars from me on a weekly basis, but after one short visit on the store’s opening day yesterday, I already want to go back. Trader Joe’s has got some serious competition, because 365 by Whole Foods is where it’s at.
Just to be clear, this isn’t bs. No one paid me to write this post, and I have no bias toward the Whole Foods franchise — sure, it’s nice, but too expensive for my pockets.
But all that’s about to change. Between the seriously low prices (they’re working hard to keep the costs down but quality high) and delicious ready-to-go food available for pickup, 365 has a very bright future. Heck, I’ll get in my car and fight 40 minutes of Los Angeles traffic just to get some of the deals and deliciousness it has to offer. Trust me when I say that means a lot! If you’re still not convinced that 365 just introduced us to grocery shopping of the future, here’s a shopping cart’s worth of products that specifically caught my eye.
