If you love substituting sliced fruit in place of jelly in PB&Js, you’ll love this peach nut butter smoothie.

White Peach Cashew Butter Smoothie

Use regular or white peaches that are in season, and try almond or peanut butter if you don’t have cashew butter on hand.

Makes 1


    • 1 large ripe white peach, diced
    • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
    • 1/2 cup orange juice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve.
