Apricot Wheatgrass Sorbet

Ingredients:

- 2 cups chopped, pitted fresh apricots
- 3 ounces fresh wheatgrass juice
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 3 cups crushed ice

Directions:

- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse to chop.
- Turn motor to high and continue to blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer in an airtight container. If frozen, let sorbet thaw slightly before serving.
