Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries or other berries
  • t

  • 3 cups frozen peach slices
  • t

  • 3/4 cup 100 percent blueberry or cherry juice
  • t

  • 1/4 cup agave
  • t

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If necessary, add a bit more juice to make a thick frozen puree.

  3. Serve immediately. Freeze leftovers and allow to thaw partially so fruit is soft enough to scoop out.
